Because our products are primarily digital products and downloadable content, the following refund policy applies.
Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, templates, courses, printables, downloads and other digital files, are supplied electronically.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
Please make sure you review the product description and details before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Downloads
If you experience a problem with your purchase, such as:
- A download link that does not work
- A file that is corrupted or incomplete
- A product that is significantly different from the description
- A technical problem preventing you from accessing your purchased product

We will do our best to resolve the problem by providing a replacement file, a new download link or another appropriate solution.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order and may assist with a refund or other appropriate solution where applicable.
Incorrect Purchases
Please check your order carefully before payment. Refunds for purchasing the wrong product or changing your mind are not automatically guaranteed once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
Refund Requests
Any refund request must include your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for requesting the refund
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Physical Products
If physical products are offered through My Digital BFF in the future, separate return and refund conditions may apply and will be stated on the relevant product or order information.
